Book Review | Merlin Fights A Ghost by Molly Fitz – Merlin the Magical Fluff Book 2

Date Published | March 31, 2021

Date Read | July 2021

Goodreads Rating | 5

Overall | I love all Molly Fitz books and this one was no exception. Everyone has fun and quirky personalities and there’s never a dull moment.

Pros | This whole series is fantastic – the cat is the witch and the human is the familiar. Great twist on the norm.

Cons | None

Warnings | None

POV | First Person POV Past Tense

Will I Be Continuing With The Series | Yes

Description | It was hard enough serving as my witchy cat’s familiar when we only had to deal with threats we could see. Now he’s gotten himself into a bitter feud with a newly dispatched ghost, leaving me to wonder…How in the heck are we supposed to defeat this thing?

I miss the simple days when all I had to worry about was finishing my thesis paper and not getting fired from my part-time job as a barista.

And, yeah, even though I didn’t choose the magic life, it sure as heck chose me. Now all I have to do is to keep myself alive long enough to appreciate some of the perks.
