Date Published | February 05, 2020

Book Club Date | August 2021

Goodreads Rating | 4

Overall | I love Amish cozies – they’re one of my favorite subgenres and this one didn’t disappoint. What a cute concept of finding out that your mother was amish and then going there to learn more about her.

Pros | What’s not to love about an Amish cozy?!

Cons | The mystery of her mother was never really solved but I suspect that this will be explored more in future books

Warnings | None

POV| Third Person POV Past Tense

Will I Be Continuing With The Series | Yes

Description | Join Liz Eckardt and the lovable members of the Material Girls quilting group in the peaceful town of Pleasant Creek, Indiana. The scenery and serenity at the heart of Indiana’s Amish country will envelop you as these women embark on heartwarming adventures to uncover the truth about the town’s fascinating past.

You’ll be charmed by the bonds of friendship and family that are strengthened by each new challenge, whether it’s catching a crafty killer or making it back to the Olde Mansion Inn in time for coffee hour with good friends.
